I started this picture as a homage to sisterhood, representing me and my sister who now lives far away. But as the picture was developing and I keep drawing it manage to look more like my sisters two older children. So I now see it as my niece and nephew. I really like how this turned out.

Octopus garden

This painting I just completed and is already SOLD! It is inspired by an octopus siting that occurred on a snorkeling trip. It reminds me of the beautiful underwater world and how much life there is down there it really is teeming with life. Its hard to find octopus out during the day time, but this one came out to stretch a little. This painting was done in acrylic.

Oil Paintings

Water Color

Water color is a challenge for me, but I love working with that medium!
I have a lot of sketches done in watercolor, and I plan to develop them into a complete painting in the near future.
